RATES & RESERVATIONS

Rates:
$85 - $155 per night, plus tax, based on double occupancy. Additional charge for extra persons. Long-term rates are available.

Check-in time is between 3:30 and 6:00 pm unless other arrangements are made in advance. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Reservations:
Reservations are guaranteed by deposit of one night's lodging in advance. Stays of two or more nights require a 50% deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or American express. Cash or check is preferred.

Reservations must be cancelled at least three days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this time are billed the entire amount of the reservation. "No shows" will be charged at full rate.

We graciously request:
Smoking on porches or in the garden area only in consideration of other guests. Accommodations for pets are not available. Children are welcome in most rooms.
